So. He was back to normal. Well... as normal as he could be. Valentines Day; the past week; it'd all been some kind of wonderful drunken haze. Everything blurred into other things, and try as he might, all he could get was the basics- the simple senses of her touch- her smell. And this warm feeling; like, a rush of heat, of blood. It was all happy too. Stupidly happy. 'Cause they had the L-word. They had it all. The evening was falling around him now, and Jack was out jogging; getting a breath of fresh air before he was able to return to her. Even people who were this drunk on L-words needed a break every so often. And that made the sweet taste of it all the better whenever he got back to her again. Just thinking about his return, Jack felt himself speed up, rounding the corners through the forest when- Slam! Jack stumbled forwards; his arms flying out and catching the girl he'd just banged into. "Are you alright?" he said breathlessly, silently cursing himself. He had to stop knocking girls off their feet- Oh. It was Will.

Ok, so this wasn't what she had quite planned for tonight but still, it was better than nothing and the last time she had been here...well that didn't bare thinking about. She was out on a stroll and healing the forest as she went along and had gone back to the place sher she had managed to get to before she collapsed. Where Jack had found her. Where Jack had tried to help her. Where Jack and scooped her up and had run all the way to the hospital wing. Jack... He was a dear friend. And she was lucky she had him as a friend and Kira and Macy and Madeleine, Jude..yes Jude, Mike, Ailith, Tammy, Axel, Alice, Lee, Jack, Paul, Olivia and Josh and more. But it was true, she was lucky to have them all. "I just wish I had a better way of showing it," she got up from healing another plant and crossed to a tree where someone had stubbed out their ciggarette. "Eugh! dirty filthy habit," she shuddered at the thought. Caring...Head of the Carers...she had yet to find out why. "So here it comes the sound of-" Slam! Ok, what was it with her getting knocked of her feet all of a sudden. "Are you ok?" came a very recognisable voice. "No, I think I've broken something!" she groaned and put her hand under her back just to bring out a broken branch. "Are you?" she asked sitting up and looking at him.

"I'm fine!" he cried, shocked, even by the suggestion. "Yes, of course I am!" He paused, his shock fading to a cheeky grin. "I'm not quite as breakable as you are." She seemed so much smaller than him now as he pulled her upwards to her feet. Not just in terms of height- it was her build as well. She was small and light. Jack was... Jack was a rugby player. Enough said!

BFG! That covers it. "Agh! The cheek of it!" she stared at him in offensive shock. "I am not that breakable. Beside you're a BFG!" she turned her back to him. Secretly smiling was a ncie thing to do.

He laughed, prodding her between the shoulder blades. "Come on, Will," Jack sighed. "I really am sorry. But what are you doing out here anyway? It's freezing!"

She laughed as he prodded her. "Oh ok and I know you are," she turned and smiled back at him. "-It's freezing!" "Really? I hadn't noticed," and she hadn't. She felt warm. I love the power of fire! she gently smiled as a breeze lifted her hair of her shoulders. "I must ask though, if it's freezing why are you wearing that?" she said jokingly with an added on cheeky smile.

"Fire powers," he shrugged, then took a second glance at her. "Aah. You've got them too, don't you?" He always needed to be reminded of that... "Hence why you're wearing that."

"Guilty," she shrugged back and then walked over to him. "Loosening up?" she asked casually as she walked past him to a bird who looked like it had broken its wing when it had fallen from it's nest. She carefully picked it up, healed it and put it back up in its nest.

"Yeah, taking a break," Jack said lazily, watching use her healing powers. "You know, that bird's really ugly."

"Now, Jack, that's not very nice!" she said icily as she turned to face him. "Everything has it's flaws yes but we have are own special light that makes us beautiful and different in our own little ways," she smiled.

Jack raised an eyebrow. Maybe it was an inbred Carer thing- and since Vill Vright was Head of the Carers, it meant she got a double dosage of it. Everything was beautiful. Everything was great. Didn't work like that, s'far as Jack was concerned. He knew what beauty was- the shining brilliance of getting high on adrenaline during a match; the sizzle and flare of the fire he could create that would crackle at his fingertips; the sparkling emerald of Olivia's eyes... Beauty was not that balding, scrawny, bland thing. "It's still ugly, though."

Will glared at him. A flicker of a flame running through her eyes for a millisecond before vanishing again. "You just don't undwerstand nature," she sighed and sat down on the ground. "Vell, at least I can torture you with a language ven you annoy me like that!" she grinned evilly.

Jack rolled his eyes. "Vill Vright, eh?" Tortuous German... "Doesn't my accent get on your nerves?" He'd been told that the London accent 'just got to people'.

"Nope, I quite like it actually. It's......charming and.....unusual to me," she smiled shyly. She could feel herself flushing again. Everything comes out so....annoyingly. "Do you like my accent or does it drive you mind boggling insane?" she watched for his reaction closely.

"Mind boggling insane," Jack shrugged, not really paying attention anymore. "Definitely."
