Will kept smiling. Yes, you are... "No fair, you weren't supposed to notice that!" she pouted playfully. She sighed and fell to her knees again. She heard the mud squelch beneath her and making it's mark on her expensive and favourite dress she was wearing but she didn't care at that moment. She would however, be really annoyed with herself later on as she got changed for bed. "Hmm," she sorted her thoughts out and realized one buried deep down that she had suppressed and still suppressed. She heard rustling near by but ignored it. Who cared if somebody was eavesdropping if someboady was there. "Yeah, right," she said out loud by accident. She looked up at Jack quickly and shook her head. A ball glowed in her hand as she played with it, the flames whipping out in every direction as she did so.

She was gone to him now; Will seemed to have completely tuned out. Jack got up, dusting himself down, ready to leave. "See you, Will, since you aren't even paying attention to me anymore," Jack said casually, his mind already wandering back to Olivia.

"Nobody said I wasn't paying attention. Just because I'm not looking or talking to you doesn't mean I'm not thinking about you," she had not just said that. Had not, had not, had not" said that!!!! her eyes widenedd and she was frozen on the spot looking up at him her cheeks burning. The ball of fire dissappeared in a puff of smoke. Oh no! "But if you're going then I suppose I'll get on with my...work," she shrugged.

"Ohohoho," Jack turned, again focused on Will. "That sounded a little harsh, Will. What's the matter- you gonna miss me when I'm gone?" It came out more teasing than he'd meant it to; far more patronizing that he'd meant. He was just having a bit of fun. He hoped she knew that.

Will frowned. She knew he was joking. But if she replied, she wouldn't be joking. It would the annoying truth. She took a deep breath in and let it out slowly and silently. How was she gonna reply to that one? She was an awful liar. So how could she get around it? "No, I'll still see you when I get up there...stuck on Olivia maybe....and yes cause I like talking to you, it's nice. Nobody to be noisy or nosey..." she did it. She told the partial truth. And then she felt it again. The resentment towards Olivia. The....je...no just resentment.

Jack stared at her for a couple of seconds; again, with the vague feeling he was missing something. Will made him feel like that very easily- she wasn't like Olivia. With Olivia, you knew exactly where you were. Will made things hard. "Alright, then..." Jack shrugged, turning, and beginning to walk back down the path. "I'll be seeing you, Will... that is," he found himself smirking, "if I'm not already stuck on Olivia at the time..."

Will stared helplessley after him. How could he be so...soo... so oblivious to the obvious? How could he not see what she was talking about? How could he be so annoyingly blind towards her? She felt like crying. But she wouldn't. She sighed and sank to the ground thinking and drowning in questions about Jack. How? Why? When? Where?
