Will walked up to the foot of the bed with some sort of liquid. She poured some of it into a bowl and went back to the sink where she got a face cloth and rowned it with water. She dipped the corner of it in the the liquid and moved to the side of his bed and sat down on the chair and set to work on his arm.
"Hi Lee, how are you feeling? I'm sure Kira will be down to see you sometime today," she smiled gently as she dabbed his cuts on his arm and his face.

"Can't you just heal them?" Lee grumbled at the redhaired Carer. "Nurse Gornray healed Professor Hoodham. I know she says it's better for them to heal without magic for the most part... but..." he trailed off pleadingly, knowing full well it wouldn't make a difference.
The Carer was another one of these pretty girls. They seemed to pop up all over the place. Lee desperately wanted to know if he already knew her, or whether she was a stranger, or whatever, but he didn't want to ask. It felt awkward.
He reckoned he might know her though- just going by the way she'd said his cousin's name. Had they been close? He hoped so.

Will looked into his pleading eyes.
"Oh alright, but don't tell her, I..." Will gave up on explaining and she put her hands over his cuts. A white glow emitted from her hands and just like that his cuts vanished.
"Lee, I know you don't rmember me," she sighed and then paused, "But I'm the Head of the Carers, Will Wright. We are friends or were to you, I once had a cruch on you and kissed you but I've gotten over that now and you're with Madeleine and..." she stopped. SHould she have told him that.
"Look, I know you don't understand and it'll get better, I promise it will. Do you have any questions?"

"Um..." He was slightly stumped by this sudden onflow of information. "Um..."
She'd... kissed him?! Seriously?! And he'd been with... what did she say? The Madeleine girl? Wow. He sure felt like a player. He wasn't some sort of mansleeper was he? He hoped not. He didn't like that idea. But sure, it still felt good to be told that she'd kissed him.
"I wish I remembered that," he admitted, slightly cheekily.

Will laughed.
"Aww, you're so cute," she admitted. He was, he looked like a lost puppy who needed cared for and help.
"You're funny too," she grinned broadly.

Will stopped and thought for a minute.
"Well, he's a brilliant chess player, four time champ. If I may say, a good kisser, pretty smart, a romantic, kind, gentle, honest, cute and ...he...is...a very, very precious friend to have!" she finished distracted by his eyes.
They had been blue..hadn't they?

Lee cocked his head. Those were funny words. He didn't know what to make of them, really. Vague, random words. They didn't mean much to him. But what had he really expected?
"What is it?" he frowned at her, after a few moments.

Will smiled.
"Nothing, just thinking," she kept her face as smooth and as care free as ever, "What can you remeber, even vaguely? Chess, what powers you have?" she was interested. She had also been asked to ask him these things to see if anything came back to him.

"Hmm. You're powers are earth, conjuring and you have wings. You and Kira are cousins although you seem like brother and sister, even though sh'e not and Bethany is and..." she stopped at the look on his face.

"I have a sister!" he cried, a little choked. "Wow! I have a sister! I didn't know that!"
He stopped. That really sucked.

"Hmm," Will gave him a spontaneous hug and then sat back again.
"I never met her...Kira can fill you in, you never really told me much about your family...either of you," she chuckled.
She suddenly got and idea, "Think you would be up for a wee walk?"

"Well, I've been in here for far too long and you've been in that bed for ages so I guess it would be nice to take a walk. Get your legs stretched," she smiled warmly.
