Abby was a bit confused as how to answer her for a split second.
"All over South America. My parents moved along a lot," she did some sign language subconciously as she answered her head.
She missed her parents.
"Where are you from over there? The Big Apple maybe?" she took a wildish guess.

South America? Maybe her parents were missionaries...Macy was lost in a train of thought, when she realised the question.
"Huh? Oh, no, no, I'm English."
Mental Note: You spend too much time with Steve.
"Yeah, um, I didn't think that I had much of an accent, though.." She said, raising her eyebrows. Macy felt something rubbing against her leg, and looked down to find a small black cat. She moved her chair back, to give Gypsy room to jump up on her lap.
"Abby, this is Gypsy, Gypsy this is Abby." She said, introducing them. Gypsy ignored the new person, and found a comfortable spot on her knees to fall asleep on.

Abby laughed at the black cat.
"Aww, she's so cute. Nice name too," Abby smiled.
"I love cats," she fiddled with her tails again.
"Soo...eugh, homework, I would usually like it but tonight I couldn't be bothered with it," she shrugged.

"Haha, me too." Macy said, rubbing Gypsy's head. She struggled to move her arm from where her cat was lying on it, but she got free, and moved her books away from her. "Actually, this isn't for tomorrow, but next Tuesday. I like to get it done as soon as possible, you know." She said, leaning on her elbow. Gypsy moved, slightly annoyed at her companion. "Do you have any pets?" She asked, pushing her blond hair behind her ear.

"Yes, I have to dogs and a cat. I have a chocolate lab cross and a beagal and I've got an Egyptian Mau. The lab is called Benji and the beagal is Brandy and my lovely cat is called Mist," she smiled and drew out a picture with all three of them in it.
"Mist is a very proud cat. Brandy and Benji on the other hand are daft but they all protect each other," she said slightly proud.

"Oh, that's so nice. I've only ever had three pets, one fish, one hamster and Gypsy. My mother thought that pets were too hard to keep. But it's good being away at a school that lets you keep pets." She said, smiling. She leaned back on her chair slightly, feeling tired. Maybe she should head up to her dorm soon.
"Have you, um, been down to Cardsdale yet?" She asked, yawning. She knew that Abby most likely had, but it was the first thing that came to her mind. She never said that she cuold think straght when she was tired.

She hadn't been that bothered about going down. She wanted to see more of this magical mystery, that was her new school and home.
