Will shook his hand back, "It's what I'm here for." They started walking at a slow pace down the wing, not speaking. It wasn't comfortable silence but it wasn' exactly uncomfortable either. IT was a tense silence. One Will was about to break. "What are you planning on doing now?" He's not going near Kira for now...

Lee stopped, swivelling to face her. What was he planning on doing now? Somewhere, dark in his mind, a half-mad plan was forming... one where he envisioned himself leaving the school and flying across No Man's Land... to the enemy camps. One where he imagined flying in... landing... one where he crept forward, undetected, and using his earth powers dug deep beneath the ground to get inside where they were keeping Maddie... One where he found her, rescued her and together they flew home... That's crazy. Bloody logic. "I don't know," he said softly. "What should I do?"

"Hmm.." she pondered over ideas that probably wouldn't suit him very much before sighing, "It's really up to you Lee but if you're really stuck you could always help us out here or go down to Blueberg and help remove the burnt freaking debrise," it would also keep him busy for a while so he couldn't come up with a stupid idea. "But if you do decide to volunteer up here come see me, Nurse Gornray, Cass, Tamika or Olivia. Any of us will tell you where you will be needed the most." she smiled, put her hand on his shoulder before taking it back and swept away, her white coat drifting out behind her. She had to admit. She loved to wear the coat. She never usually wore it as there wasn't any real need but in cases like this... She smiled widely as she went of to find Paul.

Lee watched her go; a white coat and a cascade of crimsom waves, gently blowing back towards him down the ward. Everything felt quiet, all of a sudden. As Lee left the Wing, and entered the corridor outside, he glanced back once more and for a brief moment, he caught himself wondering whether or not to go back inside, find Kira, and sit with her a while. But Lee and Kira had something in common. They were stubborn. Especially when they wanted to be. So Lee turned on his heel and marched on down the corridor, planning to go and write a letter to his family, and reassure them of his safety.
