Will got the paddles and charged and making sure everything was clear shocked her again. Nada. She did it for the second time. Beep, beep, flat.
"Charge," buzz, ding, "Clear!" her body lurched again but with success. Mary would live to fight again, though with the memory of being shot and run through with a sword she would have no scars. The beauty of healing.
"Move her. Next!" she called and the next one was in front of her in an isntant, "What happened to her?"
"Got hit with lightning and water at the same time," Evie informed her while hooking her up to the vitals machine and checking her pulse. Will couldn't touch her without getting shocked herself so she put on thick rubber gloves and got a device that would conduct the electrcity out of the girl.
"We need tow-"
"We don't have time for that." Will cut across her and began to dry her of with her power of fire. The steam rose fast and quick and the girl was totally dry.
"Danny! Get over here!"
"I would but I'm in the middle of another crisis myself, if I leave this man will die!"
Argh.
"Where's Paul?"
"Field Carer."
Crap.
Will needed someone who could tell if there were any foreign substances in the body. At the minute the only two she could think of were dealing with their own crisis.
Then..
"Charlotte?!"
"What?"
"I need your help now!"
"Coming."
Charlotte was over in less than a nano second.
"Yes?"
"Are there any foreign substances in this girls body before a heal her?"
Charlotte gave one quick nod and turned over the girls body. She closed her eyes and put both hands hovering over the girls the body emitting these huge silver beams and she then started to move very slowly until she got to the girls feet and made her way back up again.
"Anything?"
"Nope, she's clean."
"Thanks Charlotte. Right healin' time," and Will's hands sang their own tune as they illuminate the great big bloody opening on the girls chest. The skin was one again and she was moved on to the healers who could give everyone what they needed so the warriors and spies could get back out onto the battlefield though that never worked for everyone. There were one or two in coma's and she didn't even want to know how many dead.
Come on Jack, you can do this.
