Tamika pulled her hands away from Jet's in frustration and started to pace the roof a little. She wanted to try and gather her thoughts, but it didn't seem to be happening any time soon. "Of course I mean the powers. I can't see any ghosts, I can't make fire, I can't even talk to my mother!" She flopped down on a bench and buried her head in her hands. Undoubtably, she had theories about what was currently happening to her, but everything in her mind was so all over the place that they seemed to disappear as soon as they formed. "I can't tell you what's going on because I don't know!" She replied, seething slightly with her response. She then dropped all her other emotions and smiled, far too manically. "Jet, I'm... I'm normal!"

What on God's green earth was this? What had gotten into her? "Tamika...do you want to be normal?" if so, she had never mentioned it any other time...then again Tamika could keep very quiet and...shy? The smile was frightening him, she looked like she was going mind numbingly insane. And it was scaring him. What should he do? What could he do? "Tamika...I think we should take you the Hospital Wing..."

Tamika threw her hands up in the air in that exasperated fashion when someone just doesn't get something, and then she lounged back on the bench and muttered, "Everyone wants to be normal, they just either don't know it or don't want to admit it." She then looked up at him and grinned again when he suggested taking her to the hospital wing. "There is no need for the hospital wing Jethro, I'm perfectly fine. I'm better than I've ever been." She walked over to the railings on the roof and glanced over towards the ground, and then up towards the sky. "Y'know, tonight is a wonderful night to die..." She muttered, wandering back over to the bench.

Ok. He was the one having heart failure now, not her. "Tamika, seriously, is this some kind of sick joke?! You're scaring the schizz outta me girl. Make some kind of sense. Or I will, by force, take you to the Hospital Wing," he glared at her and so blindly fast grabbed her by the wais tand pulled her down onto his lap and held her there in a hard vice so she couldn't escape. "I mean it, I care too much about you now that I don't want anything bad happening to you." he paused, "You really are scaring me here...close to heart failure...."

Tamika looked at Jet with lazy, mocking eyes. "Oh gee, you got me Jet. This is all a big elaborate joke designed just to freak you out. You're sharper than ya look, Sherlock." As the minutes went by, she was becoming more infuriated with Jet. Who in the hell did he think he was to decide when and when not she needed medical help? When he grabbed her and pulled her down she gritted her teeth. She cursed him in her head. "Oh but there's nothing to be worried about my dear. I'm perfectly fine." Tamika wasn't telling one word of a lie, she was fine, it was the building that was not. Finally, when his grip didn't loosen, she gave in and mumbled, "I know what's happening to me." Her softening quickly ended and the manic grin returned. "It's like Mardi Gras in the sunset!" She cackled.

Jet rolled his eyes but laughed along with her. "And thanks, I know I'm sharper than I look," he retorted and snorted while brushing her hair back, "Now, care to share?" he let go of her, seeming as she didn't want to be near him...whihc absolutely sucked for him, he hadn't been drinking recently nor had he forgotten to put on deordrent so it's not like he stank. "Earth to Miss Dombrovski," he called out to those far away eyes and wondered what she was thinking, "Come back to me please, it's lonely when you're gone,"

Tamika shook her head and yawned when Jet asked if she wanted to share what she knew. She didn't really want to share because she wasn't positive and she just wasn't in a sharing mood anymore. When Jet let her go, she didn't move away. Instead, she used it as an oppurtunity to cuddle into him and sigh. "I'm back," she mumbled, but couldn't help herself from adding in a sing song voice, "And I've got a new trick, magical Tammy is ten times as slick as the last time." She yawned again and then looked up at Jet, "Sorry, doll..."

What was with her tonight? First she was her happy usual self. Then her powers didn't work and she started to talk jibberish. Then she refused to let him comfort her and now she wanted to be cuddled. Of course he didn't miss the opportunity of any affection she gave him. He loved her to the end of the world and beyond. "Sorry, doll..." Jet smiled and sighed before giving a little laugh, "Tamika, you'll have to explain this to sometime instead of nearly giving me heart failure," He kissed her hair and breathed in it's scent. She was truly a one og a kind gal and he wasn't going to let her get away from him easily.

After a few seconds of thought, Tamika decided it wouldn't do her any harm to just admit her theories to Jet. If she couldn't be honest with him then who could she be with? She gave a few tired blinks and then looked up at Jet again, a 'deep in thought' frown on her face. "I think..." Tamika started, trying to think of the right phrases, "I think I'm being attacked by the school, for lack of better phrase." Now that she said it out loud, she realised that a) She sounded like a frickin' nutjob, and b) Although she sounded nuts, it wasn't as complicated as she thought it was. "Sorry about your heart," she laughed, "If it packs in because of me, you can have mine."

"No, thanks. I'd rather much I be dead than you be dead. 'Sides, I don't want to turn all girly-fied." he rolled his eyes and kissed her although there was still something on his mind. How in the hell could the school be attacking her? It was a structure, built from stone. It was inanimate. How on earth could an inanimate object attack someone? "Tammy, do explain. How can an inanimate object, such like the shcool, attack somebody?" he asked while he added on in his head, And quite possibly part of her sanity. But seriously. How could a stone structure attack someone?

Tamika looked at Jet with mock outrage and pretended to huff. "I'm one of the furthest things from girly you'll ever find, thank you very much. What girly do you know that has destruction derby medals, huh?" She dropped her pretend fit and grinned, kissing along Jet's jawline. She sighed and frowned a little. In retrospect, I shouldn't have expected him to understand, she thought to herself, before deciding to share how the school could with Jet. "It's the schools psychic energy. It's targetting me because I'm sensitive to it." Well, it was official. Tamika sounded like a crackpot. She glanced down at her hands as if she was fascinated by her nails and mumbled, "It sounds ridiculous, but I think it's true..."

"Acutally, I don't think it does. It makes quite a lot of sense to me," he picked up her figeting hands and kissed them both. He looked at her and smiled. "Tamika? Would you like to go to dinner on valentine's day?" he suddenly asked, "And I don't mean in Cardsdale. I meant...somewhere a bit more out of the way?" Well he had the song and it's tune and now all he wanted was to make her happy, as happy as she could possibly be. And even though he knew she wasn't a girly girl, they tended to still like that kinda schizz.

Tamika frowned for a moment when jet asked her if she would like to go out on Valentines day. She would have liked to go out with him, but she had planned to head out with Joshua, Thomas and Anike. Her friend had met Thomas by stroke of chance and she was now joining him when he came over to visit Joshua. How to tell her boyfriend this though, she wasn't sure of. She tried to mentally rearrange her plans, but nothing was working out. "I'm sorry, hon. I arranged a while ago to go out with Joshua and a couple of friends while they're over. You're more than welcome to join us though. We're going to a comedy night then a couple of bars in Glasgow." Well, this had probably just turned Tamika into an absolutely woeful girlfriend.

Hell, that sounds better than my idea. "I'm in." he said after she invited him. Why the hell not?! He had to meet this Joshua person sometime, why not on Valentine's? Besides, he really wasn't a romanticist. "Glasgow eh? This should be a fun and new experience," he grinned. Every minute spent with Tamika was all he needed.

Tamika grinned and clapped happily. "Awesome! It's gonna be awesome, Anike is really cool as well. I'm not sure about Thomas, but I'm sure he's gonna be rad too." She gasped in a bit of real horror when Jet said Glasgow would be a new experience. "You've never been to Glasgow?" She asked slowly, before starting to gush again. "It's amazing! It's all lit up at night by the river as well where we're going and it's seriously beautiful! In fact, I think we might be staying the night in the Eurohostel just across from it. I'll take you for a walk along it!" Tamika took a few breaths to calm down, she always had love for the Scottish city for some reason, and it was always the best time ever when she was there with her friends.
