Steve walked through the square, heading towards the Knight Pub, his hands jammed in his coat pockets, to save them from the frost.
It was a Tuesday, but Steve didn't have any classes. Or at least he didn't think that he did, but he was pretty sure that didn't. He reached the pub in the centre of the village, and pushed his hood back, revealing his messy, green hair. He kept staring at his feet, knowing a couple of people were trying not to look at him. He knew that he had quite a reputation in the village, and it actually annoyed him slightly that they were trying their hardest not to point nudge each other when he past.
He stepped inside the pub, feeling a blast of heat which warmed him immediatly, compared to the frosty outside. But it was strange to him, he didn't mind the frost that much, it reminded him on New York in the winter. And Macy. And he knew that he prefered the latter.
He sat at the bar, keeping his head down, knowing that his hair was drawing some attention, but he really didn't care. He had gotten used to it, now.
A woman came over to him, paused for a second while she looked at him, before asking if he wanted anything to drink. Steve thought for a second, before ordering a glass of water, and noticing that the place had American flags hanging around the place. He then looked up at the tv screen that was on a shelf to the side of the bar, and saw the face of the president elect.
Ah, yes, inauguation day. He watched the screen for a minute, and smiled, while his glass of water was set beside him.
He then realised that someone he knew had walked into the bar. Steve turned around and waved Jude over to where he sat.
"Hey." He said, turing his body over, while feeling his eyes darting over to the tv screen, still watching the world event.
