"Sure, I have, just never seems the right time to do it," she countered his playful question. Smiling up at him she laughed and walked beside him in silence and listened to the birds. I wonder what Evan's doing right now... She started to hum to herself and as they walked a few more steps the sun shone down on the whole of the Orchid area, "Aaah, finally she appears. Bring me Sunshine, in your smile, Bring me Laughter, all the while, In this world where we live, there should be more happiness, So much joy you can give, to each brand new bright tomorrow..." she trailed of in the singing and smiled as wind blew in a gust around them. "Jack...."she paused wondering what to say or ask, "What's London like?" she was random and she knew it but...who cared? She wanted to find out what these places were like. Wanted to go to these places. Though she never would anytime soon but she would go there. But getting people to describe them was the closest way of seeing them for now.

Will was sorta cute, really, when she was pottering about her own little world. Sometimes, she posessed a child-like sort of... innocence, Jack supposed, and a child-like excitement that was both charming and highly confusing. Her question seemed random... then again... Jack's eyes wandered, and widened slightly as he took in the sloping green grounds of Orchid Hill. Nothing like this. Maybe she wasn't so random after all. "It's..." he paused, thinking, "busy. Grey, mostly. Cleaner than you'd think. And there's people... everywhere. They come in every direction; talking in all these... languages and going to all these... places. When you leave it's kind of... unnerving, I guess, to see how empty the rest of the world looks without them."

"Like Germany then, only it's not grey or cloudy but mostly filled with germans...obviously..." Will giggled slightly. And now that she thought about it, she wondered how she could keep so calm beside her...best friend. Cringe. Jack was strong, talented, tall Will thought this a tad agressively. Seriously, couldn't he just shrink, even a little bit?! As they neared Orchid Hill, she flicked her hand out to the side absent mindedly causing an explosion nearby. She jumped and bumped back into Jack, "Oh!" she gasped as she realized it had been her making the explosion. She hadn't used that power in ages. Not since Anton had died. "I forgot I could do that," she blinked and stared in amzement at the blown up piece of ground and then laughed at how stupid that sounded. Who forgot about their powers?

Jack raised an eyebrow. "Who forgets about their powers?" Did she not like... have lessons in explosions? He didn't exactly relish pulling artillery from his pores- it felt a bit uncomfortable, mostly, and if not carefully managed, those sharper blades could hurt- but he never... well... forgot. How could he, though? He was always concentrating on keeping control. Too many nannies had lost their fingers to his lack of control as a child...

Again, Will blinked, "Apparantly I do." Then she giggled and nudged Jack playfully. Thinking to herself she walked on absent mindedly before her feet got in her way and she was lying on her front in the mud within the next second. "Ugh," she lay there with her head on the ground, "Trust me to do that." and then she had a premonition of herself and Anton playing in the snow and him tripping over a tree root and she had come over to help him up but instead he grabbed her hand and pulled him down beside her. "Oh," she gasped, coming back to the present, "Well, that was unexpected,"

Clumsily, Jack yanked Will to her feet. Little flecks of mud flew everywhere, and her clothes were... well... "Nice," Jack pressed his lips together, forcing himself not to laugh. "D'you just get a premonition?" He was used now to the glazed expression and the sudden freezing of Will's body as her mind leapt back and forth threw memories and time.

"Nice," Jack pressed his lips together, trying hide his amusement, "D'you just get a premonition?" "Ja," she looked at herself and shrugged. Mud would not annoy her, "I have no idea what triggered it though, which is rather annoying." she frowned and then doing what was becoming a habit of hers quite quickly, shrugged again before continuing to walk, "Jack, what's your third power? I know you have fire and super strength but I don't know your third, that is if you even have a third power because I know some people don't have a third power which must kind of suck and I'm rambling so I'll shut up now and let you speak." She let her breath out slowly and nodded in embarrassment.

"Haven't I told you that before?" Jack paused, scratching his head as he tried to remember. There was a vague recollection of an event, somewhere in his mind, where Will asked the same question. Either it was a distant memory, or this was a weird case of deja vu. Jack hated deja vu. It made him nervous, like he missed a step walking up the stairs. "I can pull blades out of my skin," he explained, flexing a little teasingly as he spoke.

"Awesome. Ich wünsche, dass ich diese Energie hatte," god it felt good to speak german again. Though she kind of shrank back a little when Jack let out a little irritated...what's the word....grunt? "Sorry, Jack. I just said I wished I had that power...it's pretty amazing. Is it just your arms or...." Then a thought just ocurred to her. A really awesome one in her opinion. Just looking at the sun made her itching to let out some of her power...make it hotter and few thousand degrees. "Supernova style..." her eyes widened and she cocked her head to the side and looked around the area with her eyes for a big open space, "There's gotta be somewhere I can try this..." Her lips pursed together before pouting slightly. No where. All she saw were fields and she was sure that the farmers would not appreciate her destroying them. Where then?

... super... wait, what?! "Will," Jack frowned, slowly following the gaze of her direction, "Will, what are you thinking...?" She was thinking something evil, alright. Pure evil. He deeply mistrusted the destructive look in her eye. It was the kind of look Mal used to wear when he used their mother's glasses to kill off ant colonies in their garden.

Will smiled slightly at the cautiousness in his voice. It was rather funny to see Jack being even a little on guard with her there. It was amusing her to no end. "Ah, don't worry about it. Can't do it anyway, there's no space for it and well I'm pretty sure the farmers would be pissed if I burned most of their fields." she twitched her nose and then sighed. "Supernova. That's what I was going to do....do you know what I'm talking about?" she asked curiously as she eyed him. So hot....

Supernova? Jack should pay more attention in class. "I don't," he said stupidly, then reddened slightly. This was course content from years before, he was sure of it. "Uh, that is... not all of it exactly... I do know- er, what were the details exactly?"

"Really hot temperatures. Like as hot as the sun or hotter?" she smiled innocently. She wondered what Jack would say. He looked so bewildered. It was kind of cute....he looked like a lost, stry puppy who needed some loving and attention. "You should really pay more attention in class." She had always been fascinated by nature...she didn't know how anyone couldn't be. Then again...knowing Jack, his mind was on sports... as usual. She rolled her eyes at this thought.

Ah, she'd caught him. "Well," he scracthed the back of his head, a lopsided grin creasing the corners of his eyes. "Maybe. but it sure as heck wouldn't get my marks up." Too much rugby was bad for the brain. Kira reminded him of that often enough. "Okay, I getcha'," he shrugged, "supernova means very very hot. What d'you wanna do about it?"

"I wanna try it out. That's what I want to do," Will answered, "I just don't know where to do it. I highly doubt the shcool would let us and I also think the local farmers woudln't be too pleased if I and if you're doing it to, we burnt their fields to cinders. It is quite annoyi-" stopping dead in the middle of her sentence Will came up with an idea....The lake maybe? I mean it's big enough and water does put out fire....and the air is just to...well I don't want to use the air. "What about the lake? Or do you know where we could try it? If you try it that is." she gazed up at him.
