Macy waited in the front entrance with fourteen other campers. She was sitting on the rucksack, fiddling with her jumper sleeves. It was almost time to go into the forest and find their camping site. She looked round over all the other campers and saw all her other fellow heads, Kira's cousin, the girl that was her nurse when she was in the hospital, Steve, the boy that she had met the other day who like to explode things, and some others that she knew from being in a couple of her classes.
She put her fingerless gloves on as Prof. Truman, the person who was in charge of the trip come to the front door.
"Okay, listen up, everyone!" He said. Everyone stopped talking and looked at her with anticipation. "We will go into the forest all together, but I want all of you to keep an eye on everyone around you. We are just going to be taking the direct route, so we will probably get there in about an hour."
Out of no-where Prof. Thandie had come out and was checking everyone's bags. She looked so strange, being out of her normal dress suit, and being in combats, hiking boots, and an anorak. After everyone's bags where checked, they all were given their maps and Prof. Truman went to the front again. "Okay, it looks like everyone is ready, we'll get started into the forest then!"
They all followed him out into the courtyard as the sun was beginning to set, and on into the forest...
