Will walked hand in hand with Anton through the double doors of the dining hall. They were going to get something to eat before they went on the trip.
"I can't wait," Will gasped in excitement.
"You're going to have too," Anton gazed lovingly at her.
"But I don't wanna," she pouted.
"You're so cute when you do that!"
"I know," She bounced a bit her hair lifting of her shoulders and fluttering back down again. She loved this, these moments with Anton were perfect. Except for when he nearly died.
They sat down at a table near by and just talked. She liked talking.
"And I hope I do well in my-" Anton kissed her. She had been ranting on about her exams. Will kissed back.
"You look beautiful with your mouth closed," he remarked as he pulled away.
"Ok I've heard that saying and no I'm not going to shut up," she laughed.
"Fine, keep on ranting." he sighed. Will did puppy dog eyes and Anton kissed her gently on the cheek. She felt a jerk in her stomach.
What was that?
Could it be?
Was it?
"Anton how do you feel about me?" she asked suddenly. Anton sat there open mouthed. He hadn't been expecting that.
"Erm, Will I don't think now's the time, especially when there's eavesdroppers in here,"
"Who care's?"she said looking around them.
"Fine. If you must know....I love you," he spluttered out. That took a weight which he hadn't known was there of him. Will's heart lurched. It's a little bif funny, this feeling inside, she thought to herself.
"Will?"
Will was jerked back to reality. "Hm?"
"How do you feel about me?" Will replied with a snog.
"Does that answer your question?"
"Oh yeah," Will looked past him and saw Kira at another table not to far away from them, she was sitting with a boy. Lee possibly. She got up and held out her hand to Anton.
"What?"
"Come on," Anton took her hand and she led him over to them.
"Hi Kira," she waved at her. "Can we join you?"

Kira poked cautiously at her potatoes, feeling tired, but happy. As far as she was concerned, her talk with Lee had been 100% successful, and it appeared Lee was of the same opinion. He'd been hunched, and tired and sad all week but now... now he was great. He was laughing and chatting normally now.
She'd helped him. That always made her feel good.
"It's diseased," she decided, setting down her fork. "I can't eat that."
"Sure you can!" Lee laughed, taking a sizeable forkful of his potatoes. "It's like... like... bleargh."
She snorted. "Clever."
Lee wiped his mouth with a napkin, scowling. "Bleargh."
"Bleargh?"
"Bleargh."
They snorted simultaneously now, which only caused more laughter. Kira was often told that she and Lee had the same laugh- but it was only really now that she noticed it.
Suddenly, a shadow fell over them, and Kira looked up to see Will and Anton.
"Hi, Kira," smiled Will, waving. "Can we join you?"
"Of course," she beamed back. "Take a seat..." She gestured at the bench opposite them, and Will and Anton sat down. "Okay, guys," Kira smiled, "Will, this is Lee, my cousin. Lee this is Will, Head of the Carers, and her boyfriend, Anton."

"Hi Lee," she greeted him. "I've heard a lot about you from your cousin,"
"Have you now, well she's always been a bit of a big mouth," Lee smiled and nudged Kira.
"Haha, well that's true," she leant against Anton. Her head rose and fell similtaneously with Anton's chest.
"So you guy's looking forward to the camping trip?" Will inquired as she pulled som BBQ chicken towards her and spooning some roast potatoes onto her plate. Anton fed her a chip and she munched on it happily. She craned her neck upwards and kissed him again.

"Seizing the day," whispered Kira, giving Lee a good kick in the shin.
He could learn from Will and Anton. They were sickeningly cute and perfect for each other- just like any good couple should be. If a couple couldn't succeed in making you barf, then you knew they weren't any good together.
Well, at least in those early days.
"I am," Lee forced a smile, rubbing his shin. "Love camping. All those bugs and... things."
"Trees," provided Kira.
"Bugs and trees."

Will snig gered as Lee rubbed his shin.
"Good one," she smiled at Kira."Yep that's the way it should be. I wonder if Terrico and Coashea will be there. Coming to think of it actually I haven't heard from them in a while!"
"Well I can tell you it's a lot of fun. You get to swing from tree branches and toast marshmallows and other stuff, you'll learn loads and best of all...you'll have a good laugh and enjoy yourselves," Anton put in wrapping his arms around Will.
"I forgot you've been before!" Will craned her neck to look at him and back to the others.
"I'm in the year above you guy's," Anton answered Lee's questioning look.

"Ohh," said Lee, comphrehension dawning on his face. "Ok. Cool."
"Learn... loads?" frowned Kira. "Bleargh."

"Ok, not loads but you can learn stuff if you listen to Prof. Truman!" Anton played with his food.
Will sat up. She was having a flash back. It happened to her a lot when she zoned out.
"Will, Will, honey? get ready, we'll be leaving soon!"
A little Will ran along the banister upstairs, "Ok mama,"
A few minutes later another flash back came and she was outside. Her dad lying on the grass, blood pouring out of his abdomen. Will stood there crying, crying crying, crying.
"Daddy? Daaaaddy?"
She was being taken away to the police station. She was being asked questions.
"Isn't that right Will?" she heard Anton asking her.
"Mm, oh yeah that's right," Will agreed.
"Most people ignore him, even Prof. Thandie does!"
Will laughed at this.
"Prof. Thandie ignores a teacher?"
"Yep." Anton smiled in glee.

"I'm not surprised," laughed Lee.
"Yeah, that's not like her..." mused Kira. "Hmm... thoughts."
"Smut?"
"Lots," she laughed. "Prof. Thandie and Truman- imagine if they were ever in a relationship. I mean, they get along well enough..."

"Ok, scary thoughts." Will quickly said while the others laughed. "So Lee how's it going with Madeleine?" she asked politely while eating her chicken and roasties while listening to Lee.

Lee shared a smile with Kira before tucking into his roast potatoes.
"We've been through a bit of a rough patch lately, but I really think things are gonna' improve from now on."
"They will," Kira said softly, turning to her own dinner. "You two are uber cute though. I take it all is well?"

"Never better mate!" Anton smiled at Kira. Will was too busy stuffing herself to reply. Anton piled food onto his plate and started eating too.
They were all munching happily away when Will lifted her head up. Her eyes drifted dreamily over to Lee and stayed there. He's hot. Will don't do this, you've got Anton what more do you need! But he is soo hot!
She thought to herself. Her eyes had glazed over. Lee looked up at her and she quickly put her head down and continued to eat in rushed silence. Her cheeks were burning with embarrasment.

"So, Will..." Lee mused over her name, stuffing a potato into his mouth in a rather... ungainly manner. "Will... what's that stand for?"
"Wilma?" tried Kira, pricking up her ears. "Em... ok, I don't know what else could begin with 'Will'."
Lee laughed. "It could just be Will."

"Bingo. Just plain ole Will," she smiled gently. She felt uncofortable all of a sudden. She leant against Anton again and closed her eyes, listening to his heart work. It made a funny rythym.

Kira stood up, stretching, and Lee followed her lead.
"We'll be seeing you two lovebirds at camp," grinned Kira, giving them a wave.
"See you, Anton," nodded Lee. "Bye, Will."
And they left together, Kira ranting the whole way about how Lee should aim for that kind of relationship with Madeleine. After about 15 minutes, she recieved a good kick- and she wasn't denying she deserved it.
