Physical Description: Rachel isn't too tall, but not too short, either. She isn't very skinny, she likes her curves. She has dirty blond hair with green eyes. she has stubby fingers, large feet, but it's all good to her. She will often tie her hair up in ribbon or wear a scarf as a hair-band.
Clothing Description: Rachel usually wears t-shirts with jumpers or shirts. She also likes to wear jeans or combats with usually flip-flops. She doesn't normally wear skirts, but will wear them occasionally.
Personalty: Rachel seems like a very cheery and happy person of the outside, but uses that personalty to cover up what she's actually feeling. She isn't too confident in how she appears, but doesn't want to show it. She doesn't like to shout at people, but wants others to be happy, even when she's not. She tries to put others in front of herself, even though they annoy her greatly sometimes.
History: Rachel was born in Germany to Fredrick and Alyss Hymer. Her father was German, but her mother was english. she lived in Germany until she was four when she moved to England to live with her grandmother, Beeby. Her father was usually away most of her life, mainly on business trips, which left her with her mother and grandmother, which is how she liked it. Her grandmother used to be able to do strange things with water, but when she did some of the tricks, her mother would shout at her grandmother and bring Rachel out of the room.
When Rachel was nine, she began to be able to do things with the earth, like be able to make plants grow faster, or sprout of the ground. Along with this, she realised that if she concentrated hard enough, she would feel like time had lapsed, or even stopped. Her grandmother noticed this, and tried to talk to her mother about it, but she would shut her out. Finally, her mother had to accept what had skipped her generation had gone into her daughter: she was gifted. When Rachel was getting more powerful, her parents had no other choice but to send her to where her grandmother attended to help her powers, Orchid Hill.
Gifts: Has the power over the earth (can make plants, grass, etc. grow, etc.) can control time (stopping, turning back, etc.) and can heal minor cuts and bruises, but not things like bones.
Pets: Rachel knows that she has spirits of her ancestors protecting her, so she feels like she has to talk to them to keep them happy.
Other: She's good at writing and making up stories.
