Flurry of the dancing flames

Will was now kneeling, blood everywhere. The blades had penetrated her no problem and they were freezing. Everywhere hurt. But this time, she didn't bother healing herself. She just stayed kneeling.
Eyes closed, blood trickling away from her as if it was nothing. Exhausted, confused, pissed.
Her eyes were glowing red by this stage but no one could see but she could tell. Her whole body was npw glowing red and before she and everyone else knew it big pulses of fire exploded from her.
Axel was thrown back against the wall and people were ducking for cover.
"The whole place is gonna go up in flames!" someone shouted.
People started to panic as Will landed softly on the ground.
She squinted out through her red eyes and saw the whole place aflame.
"No," she whimpered and as she did so she healed herself again. She sat up and stretched out her hands and the fire withdrew from its rampage.
"Axel, I don't want to hurt you but you have to come back. Darkness doesn't own you, only you can have control over what you do," Will stayed calm.
Soemthing flickered across his face but she didn't see what it was.

[Axel]

Axel got up from side of the room,his back ached a bit, but it was something he would get over. He smirked as he looked at her,so convinced that she was going to win but she didn't know how wrong she was. the pain in his back spread all over his body, this time it was antagonizing. He panted,suddenly finding it hard to breath as he placed his two disks together, a black flame wrapped itself around them, binding them together and suddenly they changed. A red glow emerged from where the disks hand been and instead on his right hand sat a long, sharp sword,the handle of it was made in titanium whilst the blade was made of silver,it glistened in the little light that was created as also stepped out of the darkness, he paused a couple of feet away from the edge of the room and held his sword just beside his right eye, almost aiming it at Will. "Axel? You shouldn't be worried about him, I sent him to a place where he'd never want to leave"he smirked as he pulled the sword back and through it at her so fast that it was unseen my the human eye. But something stopped it. The antagonizing pain became unbearable as it reached his head, it was as he was receiving large, strong blows from someone or something. Suddenly at all became too much as he fell to his knees, his hands were clasped around his forehead as he panted for breath, he looked up, his eyes were squinted with the amount of pain he was enduring. He gasped as he saw what had stopped the sword from going through her.

Axel stood there, holding the blade of the sword in the exact same place where it had soared through the air, he was different, completely different. Axel was almost glowing, like light did and lit up most of the room, he was wearing a white shirt,trousers and shoes, his hair was blonde again and was blowing about as if there was a breeze. His pale watery blue eyes looked at the other Axel, there dumbstruck face made him smile. Axel repositioned the sword so he was holding it straight in his right hand, his touch made it change; it turned white and glowed just like he did. Axel looked at his his clone, it was an ugly sight seeing his scarlet hair, his green eyes and the destruction that he'd caused, Axel's face turned serious as he said, "You forgot one important thing, there's always the smallest amount of light in complete darkness." Axel, aimed the sword and through it at him, it seared right through the air, and stopped through his heart.

Axel screamed in pain as the sword went through him, it had cut directly through his heart, he reached his hand up and felt warm, trickling blood spreading over his chest. It got even harder to breathe now, Axel sat slumped up against a wall, gasping.

"You know I was kinda disappointed Will, I was hoping that you would have kicked him around a bit more."he sighed as he turned around to her when he saw her he smiled, revealing his white teeth again, "Did you miss me?" he laughed before continuing, "Look, I'm sorry. I didn't mean for him to show up, at least you'll get a better grade than I did." Axel wanted to hug her but couldn't, sadness filled him, but he put on a smile to try to cover it up.

[Will Wright]

This was new.
In fact it was completely scary and cool.
Will was shaking a bit, the last time she had saw soemone get peirced in the heart they had died.
Will finally took one step forward and then another and another,
"It's ok Axel, I'm fine," they were now only feet apart.
Will went on her instincts and threw her arms around him, hugging him. She then realized what she was doing and quickly pulled back.
"Sorry," she looked away from him and over to the dark Axel. She walked over to him and knelt down.
"I know you want to come out more often than you would like but now is not that time," she put her hand on the side of his face and pulled the sword out and gave it to the other Axel.
"I'm going to heal you so you won't die but not fully, that would be too dangerous. Once I have you had better go back from where you came from and don't come out again until the time is right, your alter ego will know when that will be," Will explained this as she healed him up to a certain point then stopped.
She got up and looked around the room. It was scorched and nearly in total darkness. She clicked her fingers and a huge camp fire appeared in the middle, luminating the whole room.
She side stepped rubble and other things on the way.
"After class is over I think we should go for a walk. That way you can explain all this to me," Will smiled mischeviously at him.

[Axel]

Axel smiled gently as he looked over at Will and then sadness filled him again as he said, "Will, I don't think you know what happened. I'm not real, well I am but I'm not. I'm sort of in limbo..."he began, picking his words carefully before continuing,'I'm Axel's soul...and I'm afraid that I can't exactly...how to explain it.'he sighed as he walked over to the other Axel, he waved his hand over them and they went silent, not moving as if they were asleep and sat there like a doll. Axel plunged the sword back into him where it had been only moments ago and left it there. "Will, I'm not in there anymore, it wont let me back in.."he said s he pointed to the body, "and i can't let him..you know. I can't fix it and neither can you only she...." he stopped, he didn't want her to see this. Axel smiled and lent up against the wall, he smiled happily up at Will before saying, "Sorry but I might have to take a rain check on that walk but if you have any questions shoot. After all, I've got about 5 to 7 minutes depending on how strong his will to live is." he said as he checked his watch before looking at Will again. He smiled happily and added, "Dying would be an awfully big adventure and why should a person like me be deprived of it?"

"You're quoting Finding Neverland now," Will gave a faint laugh.
She looked at them both.
"Why? I don't understand!" she finally said. Sadness swelling up in her.

[Axel]

"And Peter Pan the universal Studios version." he smiled, he always liked that movie, that and the cat in the Hat. "Well, lets just say that sometimes in life you've gotta take the bullet. I've had a fair run and basically I have no other choice. Anyway, everyone will be fine and soon it will be like I never even existed."he shrugged as he looked down at the body and something caught his eye, the key he had once worn around his neck was hanging around the neck of the body. Axel reached down and pulled it off the body and slipped the chain holding the key around his neck and fastened it. As soon as the key touched his skin it returned to sparkling silver but this time it was as if an electrical wave ran up it,Axel touched it to see what happened but whatever it was it had gone away. "Must just be static electricity from all of the excitement."he shrugged as he looked at Will,"You've got four more minutes, any other questions?"

[Alice Everwood]

Alice dropped her pen, she had been shocked by something and it had scared her. She sighed as she picked up the pen from her dormitory floor, she paused halfway to pick it up as an image of Axel flashed through her, he wasn't normal, he was calling out to her asking for help, but he wasn't okay. He was in his elemental control class, that was all she knew, it wouldn't be too much of a problem to go see him, right? Just to make sure he was okay, all she would do is have a look at him, just to get things straight and to settle her nerves. Alice left the pen there, got up and headed to his classroom.

[Will Wright]

"How did this happena dn why do you have to die? Why can't I save you? Who can?" Will poured out most of the important questions. Tears welling up but she forced them to stay were they were and not to come.

[Axel]

Axel smiled as so many questions were fired at him,"Okay Will, just calm down. I wasn't planning it to happen, not at least for another week or so. I never imagined you'd be the one...the last face I look at before I die, at least it's a pretty one." he smiled, three minutes to go. Axel slid down the wall effortlessly and sat on the floor, his knees were close to his chest as he rested his arms on them. "Why? Well isn't it obvious, I'm gonna fade away anyway, so I might as well bring him down with me, I can't have him running havoc around the school, can I?It's necessary so don't get too wound up about it, you've only known me for the duration of an hour and for three quarters of it you were talking to him."
One minute to go..59,58,57...
"Oh, it's nothing, just promise me something, kay?@ he asked as he looked up at Will.

[Will Wright]

Will walked over to him and knelt down before him.
She looked into his eyes. Fear struck her heart but it didn't show at all.
"Axel, you're not going to die! I won't let you," she now could no longer hold back tears, "I save people and things, it's what I do, it's what I'm here for, and I'll be d**ned if you die. What?"
Will finished rambling when she heard him ask for her to promise something.

[Axel]

Axel smiled up at her, "Will you...help...be there for Alice? I mean I have the oddest feeling that she won't take this well..."he thought to himself, she would most likely beat him up for breaking her heart in the afterlife and he didn't quite fancy that image. She didn't really know that much people as of yet and he knew he was going to miss seeing her for a while, he'd miss the trips they both had together, but she'd soon get over it, she'd soon forget all about him and move on with her life.

Axel looked up at Will, tears streaming down her face, he smiled gently and said, "Now Will, I don't want to see you get upset over this, 'cause if you do I'll come and get you in the afterlife. Do you understand?" he asked as he wiped a tear off of her face.

Promise me you'll have a fantastic life." he smiled at her, counting silently in his head.
3, 2, 1.......

[Alice Everwood]

At that moment,Alice burst through the doors of the dark and empty classroom, she saw a girl standing over what seemed to be Axel...wait two Axel's? As she ran over to them, a wave of light emitted out of her body, almost cutting through the room restoring everything. The walls turned from black to white and the room beamed, the light was blinding and Alice had shielded her eyes from blinding them. When it was over she opened her eyes, dazzled, she had no idea what had just happened she didn't do anything to create that. Alice quickly ran over to them, but there was only one Axel this time, where had the other one gone? She gasped as she saw him, his body lay on the floor, his blonde hair was swept over his face and a sword had pierced through him. Despair suddenly filled her as she dropped to her side, it was as if she had just received a sudden blow, her mind went blank and tears began to form in her eyes. "Axel...."she croaked as she stroked his blonde fringe.

[Axel]

Axel groaned slightly as he opened his eyes, his vision was blurred and he could see two figures beside him. He blinked hard as his vision cleared,the figures were Alice and Will, tears streaming down both of their faces, he smiled slightly as he asked, "Why are you guys crying?" and then it dawned on him. Images of what had happened to him flashed in his mind and created a mini slide show, slowly he looked down and saw a sword-the sword. He groaned slightly as he noticed he was still bleeding, "I have a sword through me. Wow, could this day get any worse?' Now that he was fully awake he noticed the antagonizing pain that sheared through his chest where the wound was,finding it hard to breath he began to pant, gasping for air. "I think the song 'It's just another Manic Monday' would be appropriate, don't you?"he laughed, immediately wishing that he didn't as he yelped in pain from the movement. Axel knew the predicament that he was in, not a rather nice one to be honest, but he tried not to think about the amount of pain that came with having a sword stuck in your heart. "I don't know if I'm delirious, but I have to admit, you guys look like angels in this much light."he joked, this time being careful not to laugh or else he'd have to suffer the consequences.

[Will Wright]

"Haha, thanks," Will sniffed and wiped her tears on her sleave. She then saw pain flicker across Axel's face.
"Oh, let me help you with that," Will craweled to Axels right side,"Ready?"
Axel was about to answer but Will had already grabbed the hilt of the sword and pulled it out. It was covered in blood and it was still hot from the fight.
"Hold still and hold on," Will commanded him and her hand hovered over his open wound and a golden light started to emmit from it and the wound became smaller and smaller until there was no trace that i had ever been there. Even his t-shirt was clean and there was no hole in it either.
"Better, I told you I wouldn't let you die didn't I?" Will giggled and hugged him.

[Axel]

Axel gave a faint smile as she hugged him, when she broke away he suddenly jumped up and went to turn around to them but suddenly felt light-headed. He blinked hard as the room became fuzzy as if he was dizzy, he felt top heavy and then everything went dark again.
