You hit my heart [Axel, Will.......]

[Alice Everwood]

Finally they reached the Hospital Wing after what seemed to be the longest walk she had endured in her life which was actually only about five minutes long. The seconds had seemed to drift along so slowly as she felt even more guilty about the incident, she felt pretty sick and lightheaded due to the stress she was making herself endure. It was completely white. The Hospital Wing was almost sparkling it was so clean and fresh, it that was even a suitable compliment for a place she dreaded and feared, Alice was taken to the Hospital once when she was little, she had fallen and got glass in her knee. Of course a huge scene was created and had therefore made herself terrified of hospitals, she turned her head and as always there he was, lifeless and limp. Alice shuddered as he looked dead she knew he wasn't but it was an eerie image that wouldn't erase itself from her head. That's where Will stepped in. She passed Alice with Axel and a group of carers made themselves busy as they situated him on a bed, Alice didn't move but observed them next to the door. An odd feeling grew inside her, one she had never felt before as she watched Will next to Axel, she tried to get rid of it and be pleased that Axel was okay but it wouldn't budge. She sighed and lent on the wall behind her.

Will set to work straight away and started to heal all the wounds Axel had gotten from her powers. She looked up and saw Alice leaning against the walls she looked fine only-that she knew that face only too well.
Hurt, guilt and fear. Will shook her head and concentrated on the task at hand...healing. As Head of the Carers she had a duty to do and others to teach.
Even though she was learning herself still and she had had a lot of training from her mother she was still fairly new to most of the magical remedies.
"Luke, can you get me that please?" Will asked pointing over to a tube of cream and soem bandages.
"Sure thing," a small boy answered.
Will moved around to the other side of him and started to heal that side.
She turned to face Alice again.
"He'll be ok, he may have some scars left over but nothing major,"

[Alice Everwood]

"I know."replied Alice quietly, so quietly it was almost a whisper. She didn't budge but remained where she was and watched anxiously, soon he would awaken to her. Alice breathed in deeply to avoid going into complete hysteria with breathing problems, she knew that she wanted to be by his side but t wasn't going to work out that way. She folded her arms and pushed them tight to her chest, this was a first, never before had anything like this happened to her, subconsciously she began to play with the key around her neck as she watched him. She studied him and stopped what she was doing as she sworn that she saw him move.

[Axel]

Axel stirred and slowly opened his eyes, his chestnut brown eyes scanned his surroundings, his vision was a bit blurry as he blinked hard. When his vision corrected itself he realized he was in the hospital wing, he looked around and in the far corner he saw a girl standing by the door,"Alice?he whispered as he tried to see her but then images of what happened flashed in his head. Axel closed his eyes and grasped his head,"My head..."he muttered as he opened his eyes, this time seeing Will. Axel dropped his hand and smiled over at her, "Hey"

Will smiled as Axel opened his eyes.
"Hey," he muttered.
"Hey, yourself," she helped him sit up, "How're you feeling?"

[Axel]

"Thanks."he muttered as he sat up straight, his eyes moved past her as he looked back at the corner but he saw nothing. She'd left. Axel felt a pang of guilt as he looked at the empty wall, he blinked and returned to Will who was by his side. "As fit as a fiddle"he smiled, he chose not to mention the agonizing pain in his head he had. "What about you?"he asked trying to keep a conversation running as he thought.

"Aah, not to bad," Will commented.
She sat on the edge of the bed and healed one of the last burns on his head.
"Anyway, that was....hot," she smiled cheekily at him.

[Axel]

Axel hadn't been paying that much attention to Will as he was too lost in his train of thought until she said that. He blinked and turned his head suddenly to look at her, never had anyone been so upfront about this kind of thing to him before. "What?"he asked, partially stunned and disbelieving that she actually said that. Maybe his mind was playing ticks on him, he would of thought that a girl like Will would already have a boy friend, after all, she was pretty.

"I said, that was hot. You know, are battle?" Will shrugged adn walked over to the sink and got some water.
"Axel, if I ask you something, would you give me a honest answer?" Will asked slightly eager for his answer.

[Axel]

Axel nodded, he was still confused but chose to leave it as it was. "Sure."he said in agreement to what she asked him.

[Will Wright]

"What is the signifigance of that key around your neck? I mean, what's it for exactly and what was the good vs evil thing you pulled when we were battling?" Will smiled.
What? Can't a girl ask some questions?

[Axel]

Axel looked at her. No way in hell was he going to tell her that much. "It's a key to get into my aunts house."he replied calmly as he glanced down at it hanging around his neck,"It's the only one I currently have, so I have to keep it safe."He liked how that sounded in his head, it was actually going pretty well. "Hmm? Oh that, well, basically, old school, old habits."he said flatly, this time it was partially true, anyway she wouldn't understand what went on. Axel yawned slightly and turned to his side where Will was not and jumped of the bed, he stretched and looked at Will.

Will stared at him.
I bet you guy's in my brain that he was lying there!
How can you do that? What will you bet for or with?
Oh, you just have to be the logical side of me don't you?
Yes!
Well, shut it.
Fine, fine.
"Ok, then. I guess that's that," she nodded.

[Axel]

"Well, thanks."he said and gave her a quick smile. Axel stepped back and a pool of black liquid formed on the floor, he stepped into it and disappeared.

Will you fool!
"d**n it. That was sneaky, cool but rather sneaky," Will muttered as she re did the bed for another patient that was bound to come. And sure enough, as soon as she had finished someone came in.
