Will stood beside the multi story window waiting for them. Tamika and Rachel were already there but that was only because Rachel worked in the hospital wing and she wanted Tamika to come with her so they could go over their first meeting for the Carers.
"So everything's set?" Will asked again. They both nodded their heads. "Good, great, good,"
Just then the door opened and people started to file in. She watched at how many people were coming through. Oh god. she bit her tounge. As soon as the last person had come through and sat down she walked forward.
"Hi everyone," claps all around, "Thank you, thank you. Now as you may or may not know I am Will Wright, your head, but please call me Will. As part of my let's just say....as part of my job I have to train you as Carers and in order to do that, I have to have your full co operation, so let me hear...Do I have your full attention and co operation?" she asked loudly.
"YES!" they answered in unison.
"Do I have your attention and co operation?" she shouted.
"YES!" they answered again.
"Do I have your- nah let's leave it at that. Now I'm going to hurt myself..no I'm not an emo, this is for you benefit not mine. I know how to heal. So who would like to try first?" she skimmed over the many hands who went up. "Hmm this is hard. Ok what I would like you to do is form to lines, one to the right and one to the left, I will take the right and Tamika the left and for whoever is left I would like you to go over to Rachel!" after a while everyone was in the three seperate groups. She got a dagger and slit her arm.
"Right first," a boy came up to face her. "What's your name?"
"Dustin, Dustin Baggins,"
"Hi Dustin. Now I want you to clear your head of everything and concentrate on the healing power inside of you. Let it flow through your veins and into your hands, to heal my arm," she explained slowly and clearly. Dustin closed his eyes and scrunched up his face. A flicker of white light appeared out of his hands.
"You're concetrating too much. Relax," she said confidently.
"Right, sorry," he answered quietly. This time he healed half of her cut arm.
"Well done Dustin, go over to Rachel," she said as she healed her cut.
A while passed and everyone had circulated around. They were back in a crowd again talking with excitent about what they had just done and how they did.
"RIGHT EVERYONE, CALM DOWN PLEASE!" Will called over the noise and instantly everyone wnet dead silent. "Eerie, okay so everyone, I would like to know what some of your thought's on that were?" she looked over the sea of heads watching her. "Whoa whoa guy's let's not rush all at once," she said sarcastically. A couple of laughs rang throughout the room.
A girl put up her hand.
"Name?"
"Victoria Long," the blonde hair girl answered.
"Yes Victoria?"
"Well I thought that was quite good but I would like to do something a little more exciting,"
"Yes well we will be but when the beds are empty, I will be tesingt you in what..five or six groups to see what level of healing you're at next time."
Murmuring started throughout the hall. She headed over towards Tamika and Rachel.
"I think that went quite well for my first meeting wioth them," Will stated. They both nodded in agreement.
She turned around and shouted for silence.
"Right eveyrone, thank you for being here. Same time next week?! and if there are any changes check the notice board in the common room, dining hall and the main corridor. That's it for this week, you are now free to do whatever the hell you like!" she said and they all got up and started to talk about what their first meeting was like.
"God now I feel I have the authority to do anything, but I know I don't," she paused, "I'll talk about next weeks lesson with you twoat some point during the week. See ya's!" she stalked out of the room smiling to herself as she went.
