"I don't," Kira said fervently, shrinking back a little more into her coat. "Ugh."

"Haha, I love all the seasons," Abby smiled at Kira. "But skating on a frozen lake in winter is the best thing ever, especially with your boyfriend or girlfriend," Abby faintly laughed and pulled her lab coat around her even more.

"Skating's not really my thing," shrugged Kira. "I'm much happier to sit around and look at snow and stuff."

"Haha," Abby laughed. "I remember one time when it snowed really hevily and I made a gigantic ball of snow and a huge snowman, it was taller than me!" Abby said enthusiastically as she remembered the memory.

"It was snowy at home in Ireland this year at Christmas," smiled Kira faintly. "I didn't want to go out in it- but my cousin and her fiance made this massive snowman, and then the neighbour's dog smashed it to bits."

Kira watched Abby skate around, smiling faintly, then tuned out again. She switched to Linkin Park; and began comtemplating how much it would wreck her voice if she screamed along with it, when she suddenly felt a drop in temperature. She looked upwards, her eyes widening. It was going to snow again, wasn't it?

Abby shivered as the temperature dropped by a few degrees. It was going to snow or hail, or something. "Hmm," Abby stopped skating and walked over to Kira again, "Wanna go back up to the school?"

"Yeah," Kira said, looking up. "We probably should." And they walked back up together, talking and laughing, as the first snowflakes began to fall...
