Klint lay with his back against the smooth, wet rock and let the cold little plops of water fall from the branches above onto his face. It was raining as if it was going out of fashion. He lifted his body into a sitting position on the giant slab and looked over to his Harpy daemon, Uli, zapping bugs with electrical currents on the bracken floor of the forest. "Uli, Halt." he enunciated in a low, serious tone, and with that, the harpy abandoned its cruel pass-time and fluttered back to Klint's side. The unyielding rain had created a little stream alongside the boulder that the two were perched on. Klint raised a finger and electrified the water, causing ripples of light to flow up and down it. Uli, being quite a dim witted creature was fascinated and immediately distracted from killing innocent beetles. His mission was accomplished. The forest was always so peacful at this time of day, the sun was rising beyond the trees and there was a sleek breeze in the post-shower air. A noise like the crack of a twig startled a few bluebirds from their meeting place behind Klint and Uli and as the two turned round to acknowledge the noise, they were greeted by a human silhouette upon the blinding risen sun.

Tamika hadn't been near the school since she saw her, she had spent the past couple of days walking, clearing her mind. She was now in the forest, quite an interesting place. Every so often she had stopped and drawn in her notebook but not for long. Now walking near a small clearing in the forest, she heard a deep voice. Curiosity overtook her and the pace she was walking at sped up a little. Nearing where the voice had come from she stood on a twig, snapping it and drawing the attention of the boy and what she assumed to be a faerie. Tamika walked forward a little bit more so she was in view. "Eh, sorry for disturbing you there..."

As his eyes adjusted to the bright light, Klint realized that he was staring at a notepad wielding girl who looked quite lost for what to do. Immediately he jumped up and kissed the girl's hand, perhaps it was geeky, but it was how he was brought up. "Not a problem." he smiled as Uli whizzed around to his shoulder whispering spitefully into his ear. He threw her a disdained look and brushed her off before turning back to the stranger. "Klint. Klint Veersve.....Just Klint." he grinned, throwing forth a hand to shake.

[Tamika gave a small smile as the boy kissed her hand, though she felt her cheeks becoming slightly warmed. "Pleased to meet you, I'm Mika." She put her notepad back in the small pocket of her skirt before taking the boys hand and shaking it, "So are you new to the school?

"Good morning Mika." he beamed. He pondered for a while before answering her question, after all, he didn't think anyone knew he existed and this girl was acknowledging his arrival. He felt strangely welcome, but soon came back to life, he was thinking much too far into it. "Yeah, I got here on Thursday." he replied. The girl looked quirky and different from any of those he had seen since he had arrived at Orchid Hill, but this was a good thing. He blushed slightly as he came to the realization that she could currently be reading his thoughts, so he thought it necessary to ask what exactly she was here for. "So what exactly is your.....talent?" he winced, carefully wording his thick danish accent so as not to sound rude.

Tamika grinned at Klint, something about him just made her want to smile. Maybe it was his odd-ness compared to her friends, maybe it was because he wasn't being quick to judge her like Will had been days before. While he was speaking she couldn't help but notice Pavel in the distance wandering through the forest, and it slightly scared her, especially after their last encounter. She turned her attention back to Klint as he stopped talking, and noticed he looked as though he was waiting for an answer or something. "Sorry, what? Oh, talents... Fire, Shining and psychic medium. What about yourself?" She smiled, tucking the little hair she could behind her hair.
