Alice was standing by the wooden wardrobe in her dormitory, she was alone but she doubted it would be too long before anyone of her roommates would appear. She was softly singing to a new song she had made up at the lake only a few days ago, for some reason it wouldn't leave her and often frustrated her when she was trying to concentrate with music in the background. Alice place her hands on the cold handles of the wardrobe and pulled it open, she stood back, almost having to cover her eyes with the glare of all of the clothes, they were all new, glittery and sparkled. 'Sophie'she thought to herself, Alice laughed and scanned the wardrobe, yep, everything in the wardrobe was Sophie's. She smiled and closed the wardrobe doors, there was nothing wrong with Sophie, once you get past the dazzling smile and the 'boy magnet' she was, the two had actually became good friends, it often shocked Alice that they had managed to do so well together, maybe it was because they were so different. Alice turned from the wardrobe and looked at her bed and Sophie's, Sophie's was so delicate, everything was so expensive and Alice dared not to touch any of it. Her bed was so simple and plain, the only expensive was her guitar which was in it's case and was lying flat on her bed, it was also the only thing on her bed. Another difference was that Sophie could fill a whole wardrobe with only new clothes, although Alice came from a wealthy family her clothes were in her suitcase and were always going to stay there as she hated showing them off, she felt that showing her families wealth was something her father would of done and he wasn't around anymore. Sophie would indulge in guys and wealthy prized items, whereas she loved just to play her guitar, they were as different as chocolate milk and Chinese food, though they did have one common thing. They were from roughly the same background and they understood each other well. Alice smiled at her new found theory and headed for her bed, she sat down at the end of it and waited for someone to arrive.
