"Pushy mother. At the age of four she gave me singing lessons and at five she gave me guitar lessons for doing so well in my singing, I hated it at first but then I soon grew to love it. I'm sure you'll probably hear me in our dorm playing sometime, I can never resist performing." she smiled at Mika. "When did you first discover you could communicate with dead people?"

"Ooo I look forward to it!" She smiled. Tamika then thought back to when she first found out about her communication skills, attracting negative attention from strangers and then letting Anton take ove her body. Quite an eventful night. She shook her head to snap back to reality, "Sorry, zoned there. It wasn't too long ago, Hallowe'en night, shortly after the.. The battle."

Alice laughed,"I just hope I don't end up being the annoying room mate who never shuts up."she smiled and listened to Tamika intently,"Ah...this school keeps getting more and more confusing every minute I spend here."she joked. The word 'battle' shocked her a bit, it wasn't one used much to describe every day school life.

Tamika smiled, "Unless you were here from first year I don't think if gets any better. Still confuses the hell of me, Will helps me out a lot though. Plus side of being friends with a head," she laughed. "So what group are you in?"

Alice smiled, she was screwed. If Mika was confused then she was completely out of it. "Academics. Though I don't see much point in it, I never see the group head and I just spend my time writing songs."she replied before asking,"I take it you're in Carers?"Alice had been Will only recently, they seemed to get off on a friendly start and managed to keep a conversation going after Axel had his mental breakdown.

"It'll get more interesting when troubles brews, well, that's what I tell Brad. He's always moaning that Academics don't do much," she smiled, thinking of the moaning sessions she had sat through, playing ping pong in her head. "Yep, I'm a Carer. Suck at it, but still a Carer nonetheless."

Alice laughed, "Man I would suck at that job. Having to help moaning people, I know they're moaning for a reason but I'd end up getting really frustrated and I'd probably jump out a window."she nodded, agreeing to herself. "I'm only in Academics because I won't fit in any where else. I'm no spy, I'm definitely not a carer and I refuse to be a warrior, I mean in these clothes?she joked, "Nah, I'm just kidding.I'm scared of hospitals and that sort of stuff."

"Probably good thing you're an academic then, out on no man's land during the battles is horrid. It's terrible seeing the amount of damage one human being can do to another, just glad I'm not a warrior," she said distantly, thinking back to the hours spent at her station and all the students who lost their lives. "Right, new subject... What type of music are you into?" Tamika asked, snapping her thoughts away from the memories.

"60's psychadelic garage rock, and new wave mainly. Although I do have a soft spot for hardcore and indie music. And my friends Josh's band, they're such a good live band," she smiled.

"I'll have to see if they're even together still. Josh moved over here a few days ago and presumably the rest of the band are still in Moscow," Tamika thought aloud. "If they are though I'll make them play some songs for you when they're all over here," she smiled.

"Cool."she smiled,"Maybe I'll play for a bit too." Alice looked at Tamika before asking,"Is the castle full of them? Dead guys, I mean." Alice didn't know what to call them, although the phrase 'dead guys' may seem a bit offensive she didn't know if they were ghosts,spirits,souls or what not.

"It's not packed out with them, but there are quite a few spirits. Most of them are from older centuries and hang out in all the main areas of the school, corridors, assembly halls and them places. The younger ones are around the common room and dorms mostly, some go to their old classes," she rambled, only afterwards thinking it wasn't good to tell someone they may be watched in their sleep by a spirit...
