On the Job

"Oh, that was a very...interesting and filled answer," Will stared at her. She decided to dwell on the premonition she had had while the other two talked on. She was now oblivious to everything around her and the outside world. She wanted to help, she had a strange urge for cheese as well.
"Cheese....war...Macy...help..urge," Will started muttering uncontrallably to herself and her sentences started to become jumbled up.
"Wrong..Rachel..me...what's..with," she attempted to ask Rachel.
What's wrong with me, what's happening? Why can't I speak properly? she closed her eyes and the world fell into darkness, but the voices carried on.

Erin ducked as she saw Will's eyes fall on her.
"Gack! Don't stare at me!" she said. She got edgy or felt pressured when people did that.
Then she heard Will say something about cheese.
"Cheese...Milk's leap towards immortality," she pointed out. "Macy? Who's Macy?" she asked Will. She looked at the mubling girl, only to find her speaking oddly; her words were all mixed up. "Uhhh.....What's wrong? Was it the cheese saying? I'm sorry if I offended you or anything!" she said, starting to feel slightly scared of Will's condition.
"AUGH! What's wrong with you!" she said, almost flying off of her seat on the bed, unable to take the suspense that she'd done yet another thing wrong...

"Will! Will!" She said, tapping her face, trying to get a response. "Will, can you hear me?" She kept asking. "Awk, for goodness sake.." She stood up, ran to the other side of the room, got a syringe and some clear liquid. She ran back over and injected Will in the arm. She calmed down and seemed to be in a deep sleep. She looked over to Erin who seemed to be panicking. "I'm sorry, I don't know what just happened. She'll wake up in a bit, but I think we should leave her be. " She stared at the sleeping figure of Will. She then remembered about Erin's question about Macy. "Macy? She was the head of the Academics, but got kidnapped last week, during the dance. It's so awful.." She said, with her fingers over her mouth, thinking.

For some reason, hearing about Macy's kidnapping seemed to deeply bother her.
It reminded her of when it seemed like she'd been kidnapped by her own parents. Still believing in monsters and not being able to see, it was more than torture for her.
"I know kind of what it's like to be kidnapped," she said softly, looking at the ground.
"The people you're against in this war must've taken her," she said, mostly thinking to herself.
Then she simply stared at Rachel, her eyes almost seeming to burn through the blindfold.
"She's been over there for a week?! She could have starved by now! Why haven't you gotten her back?!" she demanded, feeling her anger rise. Of course, she'd always had a quick temper, but the anger the fire brought her didn't help in any situation unless it was scaring someone away.
"We should run away from the school and go get her!" she said, the idea of an adventure already making her heart flutter.
"I've made my decision for sure; I'm definately going to this school. Don't ask me why, but I'm staying here," she said, holding a clenched fist as if to scare away any doubts or second-thoughts in her mind...
